Until very recent, the market response for "eco-friendly" promotional products has been lagging. The product selection limited and the cost often 50-75% higher than the conventional alternatives. While cost has come down, you should still expect to pay some premium for these products. The small boutique companies often specialize in a particular area, e.g., small selection of organic cotton tees, bamboo polos, hemp bags, etc. Larger companies have also recently joined the fray and will offer 1 - 4 eco-friendly items.
